Working with Kevin was THE BEST experience my wife and I have ever had with a realtor, and at the end of the rainbow, he found the absolute perfect home for us. We decide to reach out to because we we're feeling stalled in our home search and a friend raved about how good he was. My mother recently passed away after residing in the same house for over 50 years. Being the executor of her estate, and living out of state, about 500 miles away, I was worried about finding the right realtor, as I had not lived in the area for about 35 years.
I did some research and found that Kevin had sold numerous houses on my late mother's street in Abington, Pa. I interviewed him as well as another realtor. I hired Kevin.

We had more private showings on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and an open house on Saturday and more private showings on Sunday. By Monday morning, we had an excellent offer, more than $11,000 over asking price, which we ultimately accepted.
Overall, we had probably 50 sets of people through the house, within 5 days of the launching of Kevin's nice internet ad about the house and over 1000 website views in a matter of days.
Kevin was a consummate professional. He was always available to run over to the empty house, if and when needed. He always returned calls promptly and answered emails and texts quickly.
When selling a deceased loved one's house, and trying to settle an estate, Kevin was keenly aware of the emotional component and was able to help navigate problems caused by one disgruntled heir, who didn't want the house sold, all the while maintaining his composure and professionalism.
Bottom line - I would highly recommend Kevin for your listing, particularly if you need help in getting a good recommendation and in hiring a competent handyman or contractor who can help get the house in shape for sale - as Kevin comes from the construction industry, his immediate family is in the construction business, and he knows honest and reliable contractors who do good work at reasonable prices.
If I lived in the area, and was buying or selling a house again, I would certainly retain Kevin again. He is reliable, honest and trustworthy. He tells the truth, as he sees it, and won't just say anything to try and get a listing.
When I interviewed Kevin, I told him about the competition. Kevin was classy and had only nice things to say about the other realtor, instead of bad mouthing the competition. I thought that was very revealing and spoke well of Kevin's competence and high character as well.
I would recommend Kevin Gilmore, and his Gilmore Group, without reservation. They were excellent during a difficult time for our family.

Kevin did an amazing job helping me relocate my family from Virginia to Pennsylvania. He helped me choose the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. This involved working with my selling agent to help me evaluate the risk of buying the new home before listing and selling our existing home. Kevin made the impossible happen. We had our house up for sale for six months with only one offer and it was borderline insulting. We thought it was time for a new realtor. We heard of Kevin through a friend and gave him a shot. He was very professional and positive from the first minute we met him.
